We collect only the minimal data required to deliver automated role management:
- Discord Information: Discord User ID, Discord Username, Server (Guild) ID, and Role IDs necessary for role assignment and verification.
- Wallet Addresses: Public Solana wallet addresses provided by server owners for receiving direct on-chain revenue splits.
- Transaction Metadata: Helio Paylink IDs, transaction status, billing intervals, and timestamps to audit active subscriptions. We NEVER collect or store credit card numbers, CVVs, or private crypto keys.
3. How We Use Information
Collected data is used strictly for:
- Granting, verifying, or revoking Discord roles based on subscription status.
- Sending automated Direct Message receipts and payment status notifications.
- Enabling server administrators to view sales analytics and manage tiers in their dashboard.
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and security vulnerabilities.
4. Third-Party Services
Payment processing is handled securely by Helio Pay and MoonPay Commerce. When you complete a transaction, payment data is governed by the respective privacy policies of these providers. We do not sell or rent user data to any third parties.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain transaction and subscription records only as long as necessary to provide role management services. Users and server owners may request data deletion at any time by contacting our support team or removing the bot from their server.

We implement industry-standard encryption and security practices to safeguard all collected information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
